WARNING: For external use only. Blinc's Lash & Brow Enhancer Serum is intended for use on the skin of the upper eyelid at the base of the eyelashes. DO NOT APPLY in the eye, to the lower lid or to any other areas. Don't allow the tip of the bottle or applicator to touch fingers or any other unintended surface, as contamination by common bacteria is known to cause infections. Remove contact lenses prior to applying this product. In the event of direct contact with the eyes, rinse with cool water. As with many cosmetic products, some users may experience mild reactions like irritation, itching sensation, eye redness and/or irregularities in the appearance of their lashes. If such mild reactions occur, discontinue use immediately. If you develop a new ocular condition like trauma, experience a sudden decrease in visual acuity, have ocular surgery, or develop any ocular reactions, particularly conjunctivitis and eyelid reactions, you should immediately stop usage and consult your physician. DO NOT USE if you're pregnant or nursing, being treated for any eye-related disorder, undergoing cancer treatment or prone to dry eyes or styes. Concurrent administration of this product and intraocular pressure (IOP) - lowering prostaglandin analogs in ocular hypertensive patients may decrease IOP. Patients using this product should be closely monitored for changes to their IOP. Pigmentation of the eyelids and iris may occur. Intraocular inflammation could occur or may be exacerbated by use of this product. It is possible for hair growth to occur in other areas of your skin where this product frequently touches. Any excess solution outside the upper eyelid margin should be wiped with a tissue to reduce the chance of this happening. It is possible for a difference in eyelash length, thickness, fullness, pigmentation, number of eyelash hairs and/or direction of eyelash growth to occur between eyes as results may vary for each eye. These differences, if they occur, will usually go away if you stop usage of this product. KEEP OUT of reach of children. This is especially the case with our Lash and Brow Enhancing Serum as it has been tested and approved by an ophthalmologist. In addition, in an HRIPT panel test of 55 consumers of various eye sensitivities, none experienced any negative reactions.

DIRECTIONS: Apply the serum onto clean and dry skin. 

FOR YOUR LASHES: with a single stroke, start from the inner corner and work your way outwards on the base of your eyelashes, like you were applying a liquid eyeliner. 

FOR YOUR BROWS: follow the natural shape of your brow, concentrating specifically on sparse, thinning, or over-plucked areas. 

Wipe away any excess product and allow 90 seconds for the serum to dry prior to applying other products around your eye area or going to sleep. Apply once daily, in the evening, until you achieve desired results, then apply every other day for maintenance. For sensitive eyes, extend time in between applications if needed. Do not apply in the eye, to the lower eyelids, directly on the lashes or on any other areas.
